We only collect what you hand us directly. That means the email address you enter into our newsletter form, and the name, business, email, phone number and message you submit through our partnership inquiry form.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles on visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses and browser type for security and performance purposes.

Newsletter addresses are used to send break schedules, repack drops and occasional promotions. Inquiry form submissions are used solely to reply to you about your request. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also email us and ask to be removed, or ask us to delete any information we hold about you, and we will take care of it.

Our live breaks run on Whatnot, and we also sell through eBay. When you buy or bid on those platforms, their own privacy policies and terms govern that transaction, not ours. The same applies to our Instagram and TikTok pages. Links from this site to those platforms will take you off our website.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
